Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Alpha Dhabi Holding, a subsidiary of International Holdings Company (IHC), has completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in Abu Dhabi-based Emirates Gateway Security Services.

Founded in 2007, Emirates Gateway is one of the leading companies in the field of security guarding and protection services, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

It is noteworthy to mention that in late March, Sublime Commercial Investment, a subsidiary of Alpha Dhabi Holding, acquired a 12.21% stake in Aldar Properties from Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala).
